How to Grant Efferent Vitality Access

Please follow the steps below to grant our team access to the platforms required for launch and ongoing management.

Important: Please do not send passwords. All access should be granted through official user permissions inside each platform.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

What we need: Your Meta Business Manager ID and partner access granted to our business.

Step 1: Locate Your Business Manager ID

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings
  2. Click Business Info
  3. Copy your Business Manager ID
  4. Email that ID to your Client Success Manager

Step 2: Grant Partner Access

  1. Inside Business Settings, click Partners
  2. Click Add
  3. Select Give a Partner Access to Your Assets
  4. Enter the Business ID provided by Efferent Vitality
  5. Grant access to:
    • Ad Account (Full Control)
    • Facebook Page (Full Control)
    • Instagram Account
    • Pixel
    • Catalog (if applicable)
  6. Click Save Changes

What we need: Your 10-digit Google Ads Customer ID.

How to Find It

  1. Log into ads.google.com
  2. Your Customer ID appears in the top right corner (format: 123-456-7890)
  3. Email this ID to your Client Success Manager

We will request access from our Manager Account (MCC). You will receive a notification inside Google Ads to approve the request.

Google Analytics (GA4)

Required Email: access@efferent.media
Permission Level: Administrator

  1. Go to analytics.google.com
  2. Click the Admin gear icon (bottom left)
  3. Under the Property column, click Property Access Management
  4. Click the + icon → Add Users
  5. Enter: access@efferent.media
  6. Select Administrator
  7. Click Add

Google Tag Manager

Required Email: access@efferent.media
Permission Level: Administrator

  1. Go to tagmanager.google.com
  2. Select your container
  3. Click Admin
  4. Under the Container column, click User Management
  5. Click the + button
  6. Add: access@efferent.media
  7. Grant Administrator permissions
  8. Click Invite

GoDaddy (Domain Access)

Option 1: Add Us as a Delegate (Preferred)

  1. Log into your GoDaddy account
  2. Click your profile name → Account Settings
  3. Click Delegate Access
  4. Click Invite to Access
  5. Enter: access@efferent.media
  6. Grant access to:
    • Domains
    • DNS Management
  7. Send invitation

Option 2: Create a New CNAME Record

Please contact your Client Success Manager for the exact CNAME values.
